Responsibilities:
- Complete working paper files for audit and review engagements.
- Lead teams on audit and review engagements, providing guidance and supervision.
- Manage workflow and budgets for assigned projects.
- Report to the Audit Supervisor/Manager on the progress of audit and review engagements.
- Prepare and review Annual Financial Statements (AFS) using IFRS for SMEs.
- Interact with clients, handle correspondence, and assist in developing client relationships.
- Train and mentor junior staff and SAICA trainees.
- Perform various audit and review related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BComm) with or without Honours, or a similar qualification.
- Completed SAICA articles to prepare working paper files and Annual Financial Statements (AFS).
- Passion for auditing and a commitment to remaining in the profession.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Self-driven and able to work unsupervised.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Own transport, including a valid South African driver's license.
Software Requirements:
- Experience with Pastel Partner and Sage One.
- Experience with Xero is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Caseware.
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
